Contemporary in cuisine and in design, DECCA77 breaks with tradition, and it begins in the kitchen. Boasting not one, but three reputed chefs, every meal is every bit a memorable culinary experience. Led by Executive Chef Daren Bergeron, the kitchen team focuses on blending the best from international cuisines with market-fresh, seasonal ingredients, creating simple-to-the-eye, complex-to-the-palette dishes.

Design

Located in downtown Montreal, DECCA77 is situated prominently on the street level of one of the city’s most elegant office buildings. The three-level restaurant showcases three glass-walled wine cellars, with over 600 European, American and new-world labels. Chic and sensuous, DECCA77 is a modern interpretation of gracious Art Deco style, filled with natural light by day, muted with candlelight by night. The striking, cool black marble and grey granite of the building is offset by the warmth of raspberry and beige suede chairs and banquettes, sleek fringed chandeliers and shades, white leather stools and wing back chairs and walnut wood paneling throughout.

The elegant, main dining area features a soaring 20-foot ceiling and open kitchen, permitting a glimpse of the culinary magic behind the scenes. The main floor DECCA Bar, the mezzanine level DECCA Lounge and the DECCA Private Dining areas on the third floor complete the harmony of spaces that comprise the DECCA77 visual experience.
