Daren Bergeron

Born in Quebec, Mr. Bergeron has earned his laurels in Europe, the United States and Canada. Chef de Cuisine at Lumière Restaurant in Vancouver for over three years, and, briefly, at Club 357c in Old Montreal before moving on the role of Executive Chef at DECCA77 in early 2005.
